【摘要】 为了解CLB消毒片的杀菌性能及其影响因素,以悬液定量杀菌试验对其进行了试验。结果,以其含有效氯250mg/L溶液对绿脓假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用5min,杀灭率为100％;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种杀灭率达100％所需时间依次为8min和10min;以其含有效氯500mg/L溶液对以上5种细菌作用5min,杀灭率均可以达到100％。杀菌效果随菌悬液中有机物的含量增加而降低;含有效氯250mg/L溶液对橡胶制品无明显损坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the germicidal efficacy of CLB disinfectant tablet and its influencing factors, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 250 mg / L with a 5 min contact time killed 100% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans, while the contact time required for killing 100% of Staphlococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis var. niger was 8 min and 10 min respectively. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 500 mg / L with a 5 min contact time could kill 100% of all the above 5 species of bacteria. The germicidal efficacy decreased with increasing organic substance content in the bacterial suspension. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 250 mg / L had no damaging effect on rubber products.更多还原
