SARS病区机械式通风设施的技术参数与效果评价

【摘要】 为探讨SARS病区安装机械式通风系统的除菌效果,对机械式通风换气系统重新组合安装、调整风向,并用平板沉降法采样进行了评价。结果,排气量:内外走廊、大病房及小病房分别为6000m~3/h、1520m~3/h、1520m~3/h。净化后房间空气平均细菌总数由314cfu/m~3下降至平均74cfu/m~3。结果显示,机械式通风可明显提高室内空气通风能力,并能净化空气,使空气中自然菌数达到Ⅱ类环境要求。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the bacteria-removing efficacy of mechanical ventilation system installed on SARS ward, the mechanical ventilation system was reassembled and installed again, the wind direction was adjusted and samples were taken and evaluated using plate sedimentation method. The results were as follows: The volume of exhaust air from inner and outer corridors, large ward and small ward was 6 000 m3 / h, 1 520 m3 / h and 1 520 m3 / h respectively; The average total bacterial count in indoor air decreased from 314 cfu/ m3 to 74 cfu/ m3 in average after air purification. The results showed that the mechanical ventilation can improve significantly the ventilation ability of indoor air and purify the air to make the natural bacteria count in air fulfil the class-Ⅱ environment requirement.
