【摘要】 为评价MZ复合消毒剂杀灭微生物效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验及影响因素试验和现场消毒效果观察。结果,以该剂含有效碘3.1mg/L溶液常温下对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌作用1min,杀灭率达100％;以其含有效碘1250mg/L溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10min,杀灭率达99.99％;以其含有效碘50mg/L溶液对物体表面上自然菌作用5min,灭除率达98％以上;其杀菌效果随浓度增加,作用时间延长而增强;常温可存放二年保持稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the germicidal efficacy of MZ Compound Disinfectant, suspension quantitative germicidal test and influencing factor test were carried out and on-the-spot disinfection efficacy was observed. The results showed that the disinfectant solution containing available iodine 3.1 mg/ L with a 1 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at room temperature, the solution containing available iodine 1 250 mg/ L with a 10 min contact time killed 99.99% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger and the solution containing available iodine 50 mg/ L with a 5 min contact time killed over 98% of the natural bacteria on object surface. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing concentration and prolonging contact time. It was stable for 2 years at room temperature.更多还原
