【摘要】 为了解“足乐”浴足洗液杀灭微生物效果及毒性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验及动物毒性试验。结果,以1:10稀释的该液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用5min。以1:3稀释液对白色念珠菌作用10min,平均杀灭率均达99.90％以上;染菌布片菌悬液中含体积分数50％的小牛血清对该剂杀菌效果无明显影响;置54℃存放14d,杀菌作用无明显变化;毒理试验表明,该消毒剂原液对小鼠经口LD₅₀>5.0g/kg（体重）,属实际无毒,为弱蓄积性,对皮肤有轻刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of" Zule" Foot-Bath Lotion, carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out. The results indicated that the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the 1 : 10 diluted Lotion for 5 min and Candida albicans exposed to the 1 : 3 diluted Lotion for 10 min attained over 99.90%. Presence of 50% (v/ v) calf serum in the microorganism suspension used for contaminating the cloth strips did not influence obviously the germicidal efficacy of the Lotion. Its germicidal efficacy did not change obviously after st oring at 54癈 for 14 days. Toxicological test indicated that the mouse oral LD50 of the stock solution of this disinfectant was >5.0 g / kg (body weight), so it is actually non-toxic and slightly irritative to skin.更多还原
