钨粉还原工艺优化与合金球齿硬度
Optimizing Reduction Process of Tungsten Powder and Ball Tooth Rigidity of Cemented Carbide
【摘要】 硬质合金的性能由其组织结构和成分决定 ,碳化钨粉的物理性能决定合金的组织 ,而要得到物理性能良好的碳化钨粉 ,钨粉还原是关键 ,优化钨粉生产工艺能提高硬质合金硬度 ,能提高合金的综合性能。
【Abstract】 The property of cemented carbide is determined by its structure and composition,and the structure is deterˉmined by the physical property of tungsten carbide powder.The key to get good physical property of tungsten carbide powder lies in tungsten powder producing.The rigidity and property of cemented carbide can be improved by optimizing production process of tungsten powder.
