仲钨酸铵费氏粒度及粒级分布控制工艺研究
The Study on Control Technology of Fsss and Size Distribution of APT
【摘要】 离子交换法产出的钨酸铵溶液一般只能结晶出费氏粒度(Fsss)30~38μm的仲钨酸铵(APT)产品。通过控制解吸钨过程中解吸液密度,同时采用不同的APT结晶、烘干方法可生产出Fsss粒度在25~45μm及特定粒级分布的APT产品。
【Abstract】 The ammonium tungsten liquor produced by ion_exchange can usually crystallize APT which fischer particle size (Fsss) are between 20~38μm. By controlling the gravity of desorption solution in the process of tungsten desorption as well as adopting different crystallizations of APT and methods of drying, the APT which Fsss are between 25~45μm can be produced successfully.
