【摘要】 目的 :探讨质粒介导的 型β-内酰胺酶 (Am p Cs)的检测方法。方法 :用直接法、间接 法和间接 法 ,对 385株细菌进行了质粒 Am p Cs检测 ,并对结果进行了比较。结果 :共检出阳性菌 17株 ,可疑菌 8株 ,直接法检出率最低 ,间接 法和间接 法的检出率相同 ,在部分可疑结果的判断上 ,间接 法不如间接 法。结论 :间接 法操作方便 ,可避免一些不良因素的影响 ,准确性和特异性高 ,在临床上值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the detection of the plamsmid-mediated AmPCs. Methods: We used the cefoxitin 3-dimensional test(direct,indirect Ⅰand indirect Ⅱ)to detect 385 isolats of bacterium and also compared the results. Results: It showed that seventeen of them are positive and eight are suspicious.In the detected rate,the direct test is the lowest,and indirect Ⅰtest and indirect Ⅱtest are the same.Indirect Ⅰtest is better than indirect Ⅱtest in judging some suspicious results. Conclusions:Indirect Ⅱtest is very easy to operate and can avoid some bad effects.It is high in accuracy and speciality.It is worth using in clinic mjedical practice.更多还原
