【摘要】 目的　探讨紧邻肝内外重要血管的肝血管瘤的安全切除。方法　回顾性分析 1996～ 2 0 0 3年手术切除的 2 7例紧邻肝内外重要血管的肝血管瘤的临床资料。肝上下腔静脉、肝下下腔静脉、肝右静脉或肝中肝左静脉共干预置阻断带。使用多功能手术解剖器行刮吸法切除肿瘤。结果　 2 7例肝血管瘤均安全切除。肝上下腔静脉、肝下下腔静脉、肝右静脉或肝中肝左静脉共干预置阻断带 ,成功完成下腔静脉裂口修补 2例 ,肝中静脉修补3例 ,肝右静脉修补 1例。结论　肝上、肝下下腔静脉和主肝静脉预置阻断带有利于复杂情况下的肝血管瘤的安全切除。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate a resecting procedure of hepatic haem angioma closely attached to important vessels.MethodsThe clinical data of 27 patients with hepatic haemangioma undergoing surgical resection was a nalysed retrospectively.Under the extrahepatic control of blood flow of hepatic vein and inferior vena cava,the hepatic haemangioma was resected with the curett age and aspiration technique.ResultsAll the haemangiomas were rese cted successfully.Under the extrahepatic control of blood flow of hepatic vein o r inferior vena cava,the inferior vena cava injury was repaired in 2 cases,middl e hepatic vein injury was repaired in 3 cases,and right hepatic vein injury was repaired in 1 case.C onclusionExtrahepatic control of blood flow of hepatic vein or inferior vena cava helps the safe resection for the complicated hepatic haemangioma.更多还原
