【摘要】 目的　探讨胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析 1983～ 2 0 0 2年收治的 6 5例胰腺损伤的临床资料。结果　胰腺损伤Ⅰ级 7例 ,Ⅱ级 2 4例 ,Ⅲ级 19例 ,Ⅳ级 10例 ,Ⅴ级 5例。单纯胰腺损伤 13例(2 0 0 % ) ,合并其他器官损伤 5 2例 (80 0 % )。术前诊断为胰腺损伤的仅 12例 (18 5 % )。 6 5例均行手术治疗 ,治愈 5 6例 (86 2 % ) ,死亡 9例 (13 8% )。结论　胰腺损伤早期诊断困难 ,应高度警惕。对怀疑或诊断为胰腺损伤者 ,应尽早手术探查 ,并根据损伤的部位及严重程度 ,选择合理的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic trauma.Methods Clinical data of the 65 patients with pancreatic trauma treated from 1983 to 2002 was retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 7 cases of pancreatic trauma in grade 1,24 in grade 2,19 in grade 3,10 in grade 4,5 in grade 5.Thirteen patients(20.0%) with only pancreatic trauma,meanwhile 52 patients(80.0%)were combined with other organ injuries.Preoperative diagnosis was made only in 12 cases (18.5%).Operation was performed n all 65 cases.Of them,56 were cured(86.2%),and 9 died(13.8%) after operation.Conclusion Early diagnosis of pancreatic trauma is difficult,so if the diagnosis of pancreatic trauma is suspected or made,laparotomy exploration should be done as early as possible.The choice of surgical procedure of pancreatic trauma should be made on the basis of the location,type and severity of the pancreatic trauma,so as to decrease the morbidity and mortality and to improve the outcome of the pancreatic trauma.更多还原
