【摘要】 目的　探讨髂静脉压迫综合征病人外科和介入治疗的方法。方法　 1998年 12月至 2 0 0 2年 7月 ,采用Palma -Dale手术和球囊扩张联合支架植入治疗髂静脉压迫综合征 2 1例。结果　 15例Palma -Dale手术病人随访 8～ 46个月 ,13例移植血管保持通畅、效果满意 ;另 2例移植物闭塞。 2例单纯球囊扩张者 ,1例症状改善 ,另 1例无好转。 4例球囊扩张联合支架植入术后左髂总静脉管腔通畅 ,随访 4～ 10个月患肢症状消失 ,疗效满意。结论　Palma -Dale手术和球囊扩张联合支架植入 ,是治疗髂静脉压迫综合征安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical and interventional treatment in patients with iliac compression syndrome.Methods From December 1998 to July 2002,Palma-Dale’s procedures and interventional therapies were performed in 15 and 6 patients,respectively.Results Fifteen patients receiving Palma-Dale’s procedures were followed up 8～46 months,13 patients had patent graft and satisfactory effects,while another 2 patients had graft occluded.In 2 patients simple balloon dilation was given,1 had symptoms relieved and another 1 showed no improvement.Stent implantation was successfully done in left common iliac arteries in 4 patients,with no symptoms recurrence within 4～10 months of follow-up.Conclusion Palma-Dale’s procedure and interventional therapies are safe and effective treatment to iliac compression syndrome.更多还原
