内蒙古自治区竞技体育基层教练员现状调查

【摘要】 采用文献资料调研、调查访问、数理统计等方法 ,对内蒙古自治区竞技体育基层队伍的现状进行了综合调查分析 ,结果表明 ,目前内蒙古自治区竞技体育基层教练员的职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构不够合理 ,科研成果较少 ,需要加快调整 ,以适应竞技体育形势发展的需要。

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary, investigation interview, mathematical statistics, this article makes an overall investigation on present situation of sports coach at basic level in Inner mongolia autonomic region. The result shows that the professional post, educational structure, age structure are not rational, with few research achievements. It needs to adjust to meet the demand of sports development.
