【摘要】 《中华人民共和国体育法》颁布多年 ,作为我国一部基本法 ,它在规范和督导政府以及社团开展体育工作方面起到了重要作用。但由于一些条款当初的立意趋向原则 ,行文比较简洁 ,对有可能发生在体育工作中的一些问题未做相应具体规定 ,在过去 6年多的工作实践中逐渐发现某些条款过于笼统 ,需在体育法基本立意的前提下针对某个领域制定实施细则或建立部门法 ,以较好地解决实际问题 ,完善体育法律、法规体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been nearly seven years since sports law was enacted. As a basic law, it plays an important role in normalizing and supervising the activities launched by government and social association. However, the original conception of some articles are just tersely stipulated and there is no relevant concrete stipulation in some problems which might occur in sports activity. Some articles are found to be more obscure during six years practice. In order to conforming the sports law on the whole, either a concrete stipulation or sectional law are needed in some areas of sports to settle the practical problems and perfect the sports law as well.更多还原
