反相HPLC快速测定调味品中有机酸
Fast determination of organic acid in the condiment by reversed-phase HPLC
【摘要】 以反相高效液相色谱测定了酱油、食醋中的主要有机酸。在ODS2柱上 ,以 5 %CH3OH— 0 10mol .L- 1KH2 PO4 (pH3 0 )溶液作流动相 ,流速 1 0mL/min ,UV2 15nm进行检测。方法简便、快速 ,样品加标回收率在 95 %~ 110 %范围内。
【Abstract】 The conditions of simultaneous determinations of oxalic,tartaric,malic,lactic,acetic,citric,succinic and propionic in soy sauce and vinegar by reversed-phase HPLC have been studied.The method on a ODS2 column,with 5% CH 3OH-0.10 mol.L -1 KH 2PO 4(pH 3 0)as eluent and UV detection at 215nm was established.Recoveries for these organic acids are found to be in the range of 95%-110%.
