厚层通风制取3.324甘薯曲霉种曲
Preparation of 3.324 seed leaven of sweet patato aspergillus
【摘要】 本文详细介绍了采用机械通风、厚层曲料试制 3 32 4甘薯曲霉种曲、并获得成功的过程。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced in detail the tril manufacture of 3.324 seed leaven of sweet patato aspergillus by mechanical aeration and thick stuff.The results show that the seed leaven can be produced by the process successfully.
