全二维气相色谱/飞行时间质谱用于连翘挥发油的研究

【摘要】 目的 :用全二维气相色谱 /飞行时间质谱 (GC×GC/TOFMS)分析连翘挥发油的化学成分组成。方法 :在优化柱系统、调制周期、升温程序等色谱参数的基础上 ,分析连翘挥发油的化学成分组成。结果 :GC×GC/TOFMS鉴定出匹配度大于 80 0的组分有 2 2 0种 ,其中的 6 6种体积百分比大于 0 0 2 %。结论 :GC×GC/TOFMS鉴定出了连翘挥发油中的大部分组分 ,且每一被鉴定的组分都包含第一维保留时间 ,第二维保留时间、结构、相似度、反相似度、可能性等信息 ,使得定性可靠性大大加强

【Abstract】 AIM: To analyze the constituents of Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl volatile oil based on comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC×GC/TOFMS). MEHTOD:The chromatographic conditions of GC×GC including column system, modulation time, temperature program were optimized, the identification was carried out based on retention times and MS information, and the quantitation was performed with the volume normalization method. RESULT: 220 components with similarity of more than 800 were identified, and 66 of them have the volume percentage of over 0 02%. CONCLUSION: GC×GC/TOFMS has identified most of the components in Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl volatile oil, and it provides the higher resolution and more identification information including retention times on 1 st and 2 nd dimensions, similarity, reverse similarity and probability, so that the reliability of analysis was greatly increased.
