上海磁浮列车轨道梁系统简述
Brief Introduction of the Track of Shanghai Maglev
【摘要】 磁悬浮轨道梁设计对全线运营质量和造价具有关键作用,在研究德国EmslabdS试验线主要轨道梁型的基础上,上海磁悬浮列车运营线采用钢混凝土复合梁、钢复合梁,桥上轨道梁结构等形式。设计参数满足运营安全和舒适度要求,变形要求竖向小于等于梁长的1/4800,上下温差引起的挠度小于等于梁长的1/6500,制造误差小于2mm,道岔钢梁采用箱型断面,侧向过岔最大速度为196km·h-1。目前,已经完成轨道梁和道岔的制作与铺设。
【Abstract】 Track design for Maglev plays a key role in the operational quality and cost of the whole line. Based on the track of the German EmslabdS test line, Shanghai Maglev line adopts concrete composite girder, steel girder and track structure on bridge etc. The design parameters shall meet the requirements of operational safety and comfortability. The vertical deformation shall not exceed 1/4 800, the yield caused by temperature difference shall not exceed 1/6 500, building error shall be less than 2 mm. The steel girder for turnouts shall be box profile, the lateral max. speed while passing turnout is 196 km·h-1. At present, the track construction and laying of track girder and turnouts have been completed.
