【摘要】 对云南省第七套品种区域化试验的9个甘蔗品系进行亲缘关系分析,分析结果显示,9个品系共含19个基础种质,其中热带种10个,割手密3个,印度种2个,中国种2个,大茎野生种1个,甜高梁1个。云蔗90/174和德蔗93/88、93/102所含基础种质数最多,均为15个,占基础种质数的78.9%;热带种亲缘系数以云蔗91/790最大,为0.73439。热带种亲缘系数与蔗糖分无明确关系,双亲异质性大对后代蔗糖分提高有较大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Genetic relationship of9sugarcane lines were analysed in the7th Variety Regional Trial in Yunnan,the results showed that the9lines included19basal germplasms,they are10S.offienarum,3S.spontaneum,2S.barberi,2S.sinensis,1S.robbustum,1S.sorghum.Yunzhe90-174and Dezhe93-88,93-102respectively included15basal germplasms ,it was the most among19lines and78.9%of total;The genetic relationship coefficient of S.offieinarum was most and it was0.73439.There is no definite relationship between sucrose content and genetic coefficient of S.offieinarum;the heterogeneity of parents should be significant impact on increasing sucrose content of posterity.更多还原
