纳米TiO2/HIPS复合体系流变性能研究

【摘要】 研究了纳米TiO2 含量、EVA蜡对纳米TiO2 /HIPS体系的流变性能影响 ,以原子力显微镜表征样品表面质量及母料分散性 ,以UV Vis表征样品表面的吸收谱图。结果表明复合体系的表观粘度受纳米TiO2 含量的影响较小 ,在低含量的情况下 ,复合体系的表观粘度优于纯HIPS。EVA蜡可以在较大范围内调整复合体系的流变性能 ,在流动过程中 ,复合体系内纳米TiO2 聚集结构可以被逐步破坏 ,从而使纳米TiO2 得到良好分散。原子力显微镜测试表明 ,采用 6份以上EVA蜡改性的纳米TiO2 /HIPS体系做母料 ,可得到表观及分散性良好的制品。低纳米TiO2 含量HIPS制品依然呈现纳米TiO2 本体的光学吸收特性 ,其表面对可见光仍有较强的反射能力 ,而对紫外光却有较强的吸收能力

【Abstract】 The influence of nano-TiO 2 content and EVA wax content on the rheological behavior of nano-TiO 2/HIPS composite was investigated,as well,the surface quality of the composites and dispersion of nano-TiO 2 were evaluated by atom force microscope,and the light absorption behavior was estimated by means of UV-Vis instrument.The results showed that the apparent viscosity(η a) of the composites were slightly influenced by the introduction of nano-TiO 2,when nano-TiO 2 content was below 3% by weight,the composites performed a lower viscosity than pure HIPS.And η a of the composites would increase a bit when the weight of nano-TiO 2 was between 10% to 28% in this experiment.The addition of EVA wax could regulate the rheological behavior of the composites greatly.Besides of the decrease in η a,EVA helped the formation of the network of nano-TiO 2 in HIPS matrix which,however,was easy to be segmented by shear effect.The results showed that the surface quality and dispersion of nano-TiO 2 in the matrix were well improved by EVA wax.Based on the fine dispersion of nano-TiO 2 the composite with low nano-TiO 2 content showed a similar spectrum absorption behavior with bulk nano-TiO 2,featured by the strong reflection ability in visual light area and good absorption ability in ultraviolet area.
