聚碳酸酯微孔泡沫塑料的拉伸力学性能及失效机理分析
Tensile Mechanical Properties and Failure Mechanism of Microcellular Polycarbonate
【摘要】 针对几种不同密度的聚碳酸酯微孔泡沫塑料进行了宏观拉伸实验 ,研究了它们的主要力学性能。通过对微孔泡沫塑料小试件进行拉伸加载下的扫描电镜观察和对宏观拉伸试件断口及表面形貌的电镜分析 ,研究了这类新型材料的胞体形貌及其变形破坏的机制
【Abstract】 The macro tensile experiments of microcellular polycarbonate (PC) with different densities have been done and their mechanical properties are investigated.Furthermore,by means of SEM,deformation and failure course of microcellular PC have been observed in situ during tension and some microscopic observations for microcellular PC after tensile loading is performed,from which the deformation morphology and failure mechanism of microcellular PC are discussed.
