梅花鹿三杈茸和二杠茸氨基酸含量对比分析

【摘要】 2000~2001年对吉林省11个国营养鹿场人工饲养的梅花鹿三杈茸和二杠茸的各种氨基酸进行了对比分析。结果表明,三杈茸中的16种氨基酸除了酪氨酸和异亮氨酸外,其它14种氨基酸均略高于二杠茸,故三杈茸的氨基酸总量也略高于二杠茸,分别为49.72%和45.88%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。分析结果还表明,在三杈茸和二杠茸的16种氨基酸中,甘氨酸含量最高,分别为7.79%和6.92%,前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 Sixteen amino acid contents of three-branched and two-branched velvet antler of sika deer from 11 deer farms were determined in the year 2000 and 2001 .The results showed that the 14 individual amino acid contents of three-branched antler were slightly but not significantly higher than those of two-branched antler (P>0.05) except for Tyr and Ile.Gly content was the highest, being 7.79% and 6.92% for three and two-branched antler, respectively.The total amino acid content for three-branched antler 49.72% was slightly but not significantly higher than that of two-branched antler 45.88% (P> 0.05) .
