采后处理对青梅果实叶绿素含量及叶绿体活性氧代谢的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了25℃下,气调包装和乙烯吸收处理对采后青梅果实的叶绿素含量及叶绿体活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,两种处理均能抑制果实叶绿素含量的降低,提高果实叶绿体中SOD的活性,同时抑制POD活性;延缓青梅果实叶绿体中AsA含量的下降;抑制MDA生成和O2生成速率。因此它们都能延缓果实褪绿,气调包装效果更明显。以上结果说明两种处理可能是通过维持叶绿体中活性氧代谢平衡来延缓叶绿素降解。

【Abstract】 Effects of modified atmosphere packaging and ethylene absorbent treatments on chlorophyll content and activated oxygen metabolism of chloroplast in Green Mume were investigated at 25℃ .The results indicated that, compared to the control, both treatments could retard the decrease of chlorophyll content, improve SOD activity and inhibit POD activity, delay the reduction of contents of AsA, inhibit MDA production and the O2 production rate of the chloroplast in Green Mume fruits.Therefore the treatments could delay the degreening of Green Mume fruits.The single treatment of modified atmosphere packaging was better than that of ethylene absorbent. It was suggested that both treatments delayed the degradation of chlorophyll in Green Mume fruits through maintaining the balance of activated oxygen metabolism in the chloroplast.
