【摘要】 目的　探讨不孕症自然周期与克罗米芬刺激周期的卵巢黄体血流指标与激素水平的相关性。方法　研究对象为 61例不孕症 ,共 43个自然排卵周期 (SC) ,3 1个克罗米芬刺激排卵周期 (CC)。在黄体中期采用多普勒超声检测黄体血流指标 ,检测血清雌激素 17β-estradiol (E2 )、孕激素progesterone (P)水平和计算P/E2 比值。结果　两组黄体最大血流速度 (PSV)与P呈正相关 ,所有血流指标均与P/E2 呈正相关。结论　卵巢黄体血流指标可能作为判断不孕症卵巢黄体功能的一个补充指标 ,SC和CC周期中黄体血流与P/E2 的关系预示着黄体血流检测预测妊娠的可能性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the associations between Doppler ultrasound derived luteal blood flow indices and luteal hormonal profile in midluteal phase in spontaneous and stimulated cycles.Methods The subjects were 61 infertility patients in 43 spontaneous cycles (SC) and 31 clomiphene citrate cycles (CC). Luteal blood flow Doppler evaluation and blood sampling for serum 17β-estradiol (E 2 ),progesterone(P) and P/E 2 ratio were carried out prospectively in midluteal phase.Results Peak systolic velocity (PSV) had positive correlation with P level in SC and CC cycles.Doppler ultrasound derived blood flow indices were all correlated with P/E 2 ratio in spontaneous and CC cycles.Conclusion The results indicate velocity indices should be considered as complementary parameters of luteal function for infertility.The correlation of luteal blood flow indices with the P/E 2 ratio implies a potential possibility of Doppler ultrasound indices in predicting reproductive outcome in SC and CC cycles.更多还原
