【摘要】 目的　了解妊娠妇女心理需求及健康状况。方法　采用自制问卷调查表对 2 5 2 3例妊娠妇女进行心理健康状况及其影响因素 ,以及对妊娠期保健的需求、分娩方式预选等情况的调查。结果　妊娠妇女的心理健康状况与年龄、文化程度呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,而对保健的心理需求则与年龄及文化程度呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1)。造成妊娠妇女焦虑和恐惧的主要因素依次为 :担心胎儿畸形 ,有异常孕产史及高龄初产妇 ,多胎妊娠及胎位异常。结论　妊娠妇女的心理健康状况随社会群体不同而有差异 ,需要我们有针对性的实施保健指导更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health of pregnant women and their needs for health.Methods 2523 pregnant women were selected for our study.Their mental health and its related factors,their needs for health and choices for delivery modes were assessed by self-made questionnaires.Results The age and educational level were related negatively to mental health level of pregnant women (P<0 01) and were related positively to their needs of health (P<0 01).The main factors causing anxiety and terror in pregnant women was:①worrying about fetal abnormalities, ②being elderly primipara;③multiple pregnancy and fetal malposition.Conclusion The mental health states were found to be different in pregnant women with different age,educational level and profession.So it is suggested that the aimed prenatal psychological care to improve the mental health of pregnant women is very necessary.更多还原
