【摘要】 目的　研究慢性束缚应激时大鼠行为学和免疫功能的变化以及疏肝、健脾、补肾三种中药复方对其影响。方法　用特制束缚架连续束缚 2 1d(或 7d) ,每天 3h的方法制作大鼠束缚应激模型 ,观察大鼠行为学和免疫功能的变化。结果　慢性束缚应激后 ,大鼠的行为学发生了明显的变化 ,血清IL - 1β 上升 ,IL - 2和IL - 6下降 ,并且随着束缚时间的延长变化越明显。结论　逍遥散、四君子汤和金匮肾气丸能改善大鼠行为学的变化 ,明显增强慢性束缚应激大鼠的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of the rats’ praxiology and immunological function under chronic immobilization stress, and the effect of compounds of soothing liver, invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney. Method The rat model of immobilization stress was made by bing bound in the special bondage easel 3 hours for 21 days (or 7 days) successively 3 hours.Praxiology and immunological function were observed. Results The praxiology of rats was changed obviously,and IL-1 β in serum was elevated,while IL-2 and IL-6 in serum were decreased after chronic immobilization stress.These changes became more obvious over time. Conclusion Xiaoyao San, Sijunzi Tang and Jinguishenqi Wan could improve the rat’s praxiology and enhance immunological function.更多还原
