【Abstract】 The biological characteristic of Corynespora cassiicola were studied. Results showed that the hyphae could grow at the temperature range 10 - 35 ℃ ,and the optimum temperature was 30 ℃. The preferred temperature for spore germination was 10-35 ℃ , and the optimum range was 25 - 30 ℃. The germination needed a relative humidity of over 90% , and water drop was the optimum condition. Light could stimulate the hyphae growth, but inhibit the spore production. The spore can be killed by the ultraviolet light.更多还原
