【Abstract】 Collaboration between public and private sectors on the treatment of MSW(Municipal Solid Waste)is a good idea for China to tackle its increasingly serious garbage problem and to free its public sectors from the burden of having to handle MSW by themselves. The paper illustrates the economic feasibility of PPP on the treatment and reuse of garbage resource theoretically and practically and emphasizes industrialization, large scale production, and multipurpose utilization as the fundamental characteristics for the PPP.更多还原
