【Abstract】 The objects for protection in our country’s environmental laws have experienced a series of changes. Before 1972, some natural resources and working environment were the objects. During the period of 1972 to 1981, living environment and ecological environment were the objects, of which living environment was the stress. From 1982 to 1992, ecological environment gained the same status as living environment, and the scope of the former was enlarged. Since 1992, sustainable development has been carried about, and as a result, the scope of ecological environment has been further enlarged and the carrying capacity of ecological environment has been written in the environmental laws. In order to give ecological environment better protection, we should stipulate more concrete rules about ecological environment and its carrying capacity in future environmental laws.更多还原
