【摘要】 本文分析了鲁北企业集团通过绿色生态工业技术创新发展生态工业产业的机制与环境 ,提出了建设鲁北国家生态工业示范园区的构想。

【Abstract】 The paper analyses the mechanism and environment of Lu-Bei Enterprise Clique developing eco-industrial industry by green eco-industrial technology. It also puts forward the conception of constructing Lu-Bei National eco-industrial exemplary park.
