【摘要】 气候变化打乱了人类与生态环境系统之间业已建立起来的相互适应关系,从正反二个不同的方面,通过直接和间接的方式影响生态环境和社会经济系统。本文在论述目前气候变化影响评估的现状与主要结论的基础上,对国内外气候变化影响评估趋势和我国的差距进行了分析,最后研究提出了我国气候变化影响评估未来战略重点与对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Climate change is disturbing the mutual adaptive balance between human beings and surrounding ecosystem. Whether positive and/or negative, climate change effects on the ecosystem and social economic system are both direct and indirect. Based on the actuality of climate change effect assessment and the key conclusions, the international and domestic trends of climate change effect assessment are compared and gaps are analyzed. Also, the key fields and the important strategy measures for climate change effect assessment are proposed.更多还原
