【Abstract】 With the development of market, corporate governance system will be one of the most important factors that influence the performance of firms and its continuing development. Based on the relative reviews and the characteristics of Chinese listed companies, this paper provides a systematic evaluation model of corporate governance in China, which is made up of ownership, right of shareholders, transparency of information, corporate governance structure and consistency between corporate governance and corporate management.更多还原
