加热介质对皮革收缩温度的影响

【摘要】 采用分光光度法分析了甘油与铬 (Ⅲ )配位的情况 ,用不同加热介质模拟测定收缩温度条件对铝鞣革、植鞣革进行处理 ,定量分析了不同革样在不同加热介质处理后的脱鞣程度。测定了处理后革样的物理机械性能。结果表明 :用水和甘油作为加热介质测量革样的收缩温度时 ,对革样都有不同程度的脱鞣 ,使革的耐湿热稳定性下降 ,物理机械强度降低 ,测出的收缩温度偏低。但用水蒸气作为加热介质测收缩温度时 ,革样出现脱鞣现象不明显 ,此时测得的结果能较准确地体现革样的耐湿热稳定性。

【Abstract】 The spectrophotometer was used to analyze the extent of the coordination between glycerol and chromium(Ⅲ). Having be treated by imitating the method of measuring leather shrinkage temperature, the aluminum tanned leather and vegetable tanned leather were measured with the modern machinery of physical-mechanical property. The results prove that water and glycerol were less appropriate than steam to be used as heating medium to measure the leather shrinkage temperature, they do greater harm to the effects of tanning, the stability to wet and heat and physical-mechanical properties.
