【Abstract】 The effects of ultrasound on raw skins were studied. The ultrasounds of 20 kHz and 40kHz were used to treat pigskin and goatskin. The results showed that ultrasound favors removal of soluble proteins and grease in raw skins, whilst the structure of collagen is well kept.更多还原
