【摘要】 在涂饰剂中影响手感效果的助剂称手感剂 ,其主要成分是乳化蜡。对手感剂配方研究的结果表明 :借助于〈均匀设计与调优〉软件 ,可以用较少的试验找到最佳配方。最佳配方为 :石蜡 14.13g,微晶蜡 2 .5 6g,扩散剂 1.0 2 g,脂肪酸 6.5 0 g,乳化硅油 0 .4 9g,TWEEN- 80 1.92 g,渗透剂 2 .4 7g,松节油 2 .0 0 g,加水至 10 0 m L。这种手感剂性能稳定 ,并能与其他涂饰剂组分充分互溶。加此手感剂配成的涂饰剂在皮革厂试验 ,取得了良好效果 :不仅可以提高手感剂在涂饰剂中使用的比例 ,而且涂饰出的皮革细腻、光亮、手感自然。在工厂的试验过程中不粘板 ,加入量达到 6%时也不反白、不脱层更多还原

【Abstract】 The hand feeling agent can modify the performance of the leather,and the main composition of it is the emulsified wax. The research result shows that,by the use of Uniform Design software, the optimized formulation could be found with less experiments.The optimized formulation is paraffin wax 14.13g,microcrystallin wax 2.56g,diffusion agent 1.02g,fatty acid 6.50g,emulsified silicon oil 0.94g,TWEEN-80 1.92g,penetrating agent 2.47g,turpentine oil 2.00g, and deionized water qs to 100mL. The hand feeling agent is stable and solved well with other components in the finishing agent. The leather surface treated by the finishing agent with this hand feeling agent appeared soft, bright and natural hand feeling. During the application in the plant, the leather is not adhibited on the board and even when it was added up to 6%, the leather surface neither appear white nor separate.更多还原
