【摘要】 黄土高原粮食产业适度开发的优势是自然资源充足,科技潜力和投入潜力较大,但自然环境障碍加大,技术疲软,效益耗减,粮食投资的环境恶化,以及社会障碍。因此,笔者提出应优化粮食产业生产的政策环境,粮食产业化生产,加大物质和能量投入,调整种植业结构,建立高效粮食生产系统,改造中低产田,建立起不同特性的农田保护耕作体系,提高用水效率等措施实现粮食生产的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The superiorities for the appropriate development of grain industry at Loess Plateau are the adequate natural resources, relatively big investments both from science, technology and funding, but the obstacles from natural environment are becoming bigger, the technical forces are weak, the efficiency is reducing, the environment for grain investigation has deteriorated. The policy environment for grain industry production should be favorable, grain production should be industrialized, the material as well as the energy investment should be enlarged, the structure of plant industry should be adjusted, a grain production system of high efficiency should be established, fields with middle and low productivities should be reformed, farm land protection and cultivation systems with different traits should be established and the water efficiency should be improved. All these measures help to realize a sustainable development of grain production.更多还原
