【Abstract】 This paper expounds the status of low - lying land and wet land resources in coastal areas and western inland of Tangshan City; analyzes the present status and problems in protecting wet land resources in that region; raises the guiding thoughts, principles, ideal targets, important projects and their distribution for the protection, reasonable development and utilization of coastal wet land resources; and it also expounds the major measures for protecting and developing wet land resources.更多还原
