【摘要】 90只小白鼠随机分为9组每组10只。除对照组外,其余8组分别以绵羊每日正常用药量的1.5ⁿ等比级数递增剂量,一次给小白鼠灌服定量“棘防E号”,连续观察14天,以测定“棘防E号”对小白鼠口服的LD₅₀。同时,按最大无作用剂量（101.25mg/BW）、正常剂量（20.00mg/kg.BW）、最大无作用剂量的1/30（3.375mg/kg.BW）给小白鼠饮用“棘防E号”,观察对小白鼠繁殖机能的影响。结果表明,当小白鼠服用绵羊正常用药量的17倍时,不出现半数死亡,说明“棘防E号”对小白鼠的LD₅₀大于绵羊正常用药量的10倍,是完全安全性的药物;最大无作用剂量、正常剂量、最大无作用剂量的1/30对小白鼠怀孕率和胎儿畸形与对照组没有明显的区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 90 white-mice were divided into 9 groups (10 white-mice in each group)randomly,Except for the control group,white-mice in 8 trentment group were drunk "Jifang E"one time each day according to 1.5n equal ratio of progressively in crease does of normal does of sheep respectively.The experiment continued 14 days for to determinate LD50 of "Jifang E".In the meantime.effect of reproductive performance was obsorved by drinking the "Jifang E"of the bigest noneffective dose(101.25mg/kg.BW),normal dose (20.00mg/kg.BW)and one-thirty of the bigest noneffective dose (3.375mg/kg.BW)repectively.The results showed when white-mice were drunk "Jifang E" 17 times dose of normal dose of sheep they did not emerge the semilethal number,this result explained that the LD50 of white-mice was biger than 10times normai of sheep.So "Jifang E" was comletely safe inedicine.There were not differ-ence between treatment groups and control groups about pregnant rate and fetal anomaly of white-mice by drinking "Jifang E"of the bigest dose,normal dose and one-thirty of the bigest noneffective dose respectively.更多还原
