【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)的围手术期处理。方法 :回顾性分析我院近 5年行LC的176例老年胆囊疾病患者的临床资料。结果 :171例完成LC手术 ,5例中转开腹 ;因胆漏和术后病理证实为胆囊癌而再次剖腹手术各 1例 ;无 1例死亡。结论 :严格的适应证选择、充分的术前准备、细心的术中操作和妥善的术后处理是老年患者LC手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the treatment in the peri-operative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for the aged patients.Methods:The clinic data of 176 elderly patients performed LC were reviewed. Results:One hundred and seventy-one cases were performed LC successfully, 5 cases were changed to laparotomy during the operation, 2 cases were performed laparotomy after LC for leakage of bile and gallbladder cancer confirmed by pathology respectively, none died.Conclusion:The key of successful LC in elderly patients is strict selection of indication, sufficient pro-operative preparation, careful dissection during operation and adequate management after LC.更多还原
