液相沉淀法制备WS2超细粉体

【摘要】 综述了近年来国内外WS2的应用及各种制备技术。以硫化钠与钨酸钠溶液为原料采用液相沉淀法制备WS2超细粉体,通过实验确定最佳工艺条件:采用1.5mol/L的Na2S溶液在85℃下硫化216.56g/L的WO2-43~4h,然后加入8mol/L的盐酸反应,可制得粒径分布区间0.1~1.5μm的二硫化钨。产物利用LS800欧美克粒度测试仪进行表征,结果显示:粉体的分散性良好,颗粒分布均匀,粒径D(50)为0.58μm。

【Abstract】 The present application and preparation of WS2 in the world were introduced.Using Na2S solution and Na2WO4 solution as raw materials, superfine powder WS2 were prepared by a precipitation process in aqueous solution.The influences of reaction conditions on the products were discussed. The results show that the proper conditions are that at 85 ℃ Na2S solution with the density of 1.5 mol/L sulphurize containing WO2-4 solution with the density of 216.56 g/L for 3~4 hours and then pour HCl solution with the density of 8 mol/L superfine powder WS2 with diameter ranging from 0.1 μm to 1.5 μm were prepared.The omica LS800 granularity instrument was used to characterize the sample.The product has an D(50) diameter at 0.58 μm with good dispersity.
