浅析影响粉冶钼金属塑性的因素
ANALYSIS OF THE FACTOR OF MOLYBDENUM PLASTIC DEFORMATION
【摘要】 钼金属具有较高的强度、硬度 ,但由于塑性差阻碍它的广泛应用。本文论述了钼金属材料本身、工艺制度、外形和环境等因素对钼金属塑性的影响 ,从位错与应力集中的角度出发 ,探讨了有关钼金属材料变形与断裂的相互关系 ,提出了增加钼金属塑性的主要途径。
【Abstract】 Molybdenum has high mechnical property and hardness, but its low plasticity hinders its extensive use . The effect of molybdenum materials,process specification, shape and environment on the plasticity of molybdenum was introduced. According to the theory of dislocation and stress concentration, the relation between the deformation and fracture of molybdenum was discussed. The main ways which increased the plasticity of molybdenum were put forward.
