利用氨浸渣生产工业钼酸钠
PRODUCING SODIUM MOLYBDATE OF INDUSTRIAL GRADE BY AMMONIA LEACHING RESIDUE
【摘要】 介绍了采用酸盐分解—碱浸—水洗—净化—浓缩结晶等过程从氨浸渣中回收钼并生产钼酸钠的工艺。实验结果表明钼的浸取率达到 80 % ,制备的工业钼酸钠符合Q/JDC1 0 2— 2 0 0 2标准 ,满足国内外用户的要求
【Abstract】 The technology of producing sodium molybdate of industial grade and recycling Mo from ammonia leaching residue is introduced. In this procedure,the process of the resolving of acid and salt , alkali leaching ,water washing ,cleaning and concentrating crystal is applied.Results show that the rate of Mo soaking comes to 80%, and the sodium Molybdate of industrial grade meet the Q/JDC102-2002 standard. So the production can satisfy the users’ requirements at home and abroad.
