【摘要】 目的探讨“仿生灌注”在食管贲门癌术后肠内营养支持的临床应用,及其安全性、优越性和可行性。方法选择2000年10月～2002年5月间,在本科手术治疗的食管癌、贲门癌患者72例,随机分成“仿生灌注”组和普通对照灌注组。通过“仿生灌注”方法,观察营养监测指标在研究组和对照组的变化。结果“仿生灌注”组营养指标改善明显,临床疗效良好,不良反应少。结论“仿生灌注”更符合生理功能,可明显改善患者的营养状态,促进胃肠功能的恢复,减少肠内营养的并发症,提高营养物质的生物利用度,有助于患者术后的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the feasibility,safety,priority and clinical effects o f"bionics"administration of enteral nutrition(EN)in postoperative patients w ith esophagus or cardia cancer.Methods The72patients with esophagus or cardi a cancer were randomized into two groups according to the way of EN administrat ion:the"bionics"group and the traditional group as control.The nutrition al indexes were monitored.Results The nutritional indexes in the"bionics"group w ere improved significantly and better effect with less gastrointestinal complica tions were observed.Conclusions "Bionics"administration of EN could promote t he recovery of gastrointestinal function and result in better nutritional status ,decrease gastrointestinal complications,enhance nutrition bioavailability,wh ich was good for patient recovery after operation.更多还原
