【摘要】 目的探讨Chiari畸形合并脊髓空洞症的临床分类和手术方式。方法对54例Chairi畸形合并脊髓空洞症患者,根据脊髓空洞大小,分别采用单纯后颅窝减压术和后颅窝减压术加空洞分流术治疗。结果两种术式均使Chiari患者症状和空洞缩小。结论脊髓空洞大小对Chiari畸形合并脊髓空洞症患者的手术有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical classification and surgical methods of Arnold-Chiari anomaly with myelosyringosis.Methods Fifty-four patients with Arnold-Chiari anomaly companying myelosyringic were pure decompression of posterior fossa or posterior fossa decompression with the cavity shunt on the base of syringomyelic cavity size.Result Both the surgical methods could decrease the clinical symptoms and shrink the cavity in the patients with Arnold-chiari anomaly companying myelosyringosis.Conclusion The size of the syringomelic cavity is important to the surgical treatment in the patients with Arnold-chiari Anomaly companying myelosyringosis.更多还原
