【摘要】 目的 总结分析脑干肿瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 10例脑干肿瘤经枕下中线或中线旁入路,采用显微外科手术切除肿瘤。结果 肿瘤全切除3例,次全切除5例,大部分切除2例。术后症状消失6例,好转2例,无变化1例,死亡1例。病理证实星形细胞瘤6例(Ⅰ级1例,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级5例),血管母细胞瘤3例,室管膜瘤1例。结论 脑干肿瘤的切除率和预后与肿瘤性质和生长方式有密切关系。显微手术治疗应尽可能多地切除肿瘤,减少并发症,以解除患者症状和延长其生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical character and treatment method of brain stem tumor. Method Ten cases of brain stem tumors were removed by the microsurgery through low midline or para-midline suboccipital approach. Results Of 10 patients with brain stem tumors, 3 received total resection of the tumors, 5 subtotal and 2 partial. The symptoms disappeared after the surgery in 6 patients, were improved in 2 and did not change in 1.0ne patients died after the surgery. The pathological result showed that of 10 cases of the brain stem tumors, 6 were astrocytomas (Grade Ⅰ , 1 case; Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 5) and 3 hemangioblastomas and 1 ependymoma. Conclusions The resection rate and prognosis of the brain stem tumor were associated with its pathological character and growth pattern. The tumors should be totally resected as possible under the postoperation minimal complications for relieving symptoms and prolonging life-pan in the patients with brain stem tumors.更多还原
