【摘要】 目的　观察中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变经激光治疗后的视功能恢复情况。方法　检测 2 4例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者激光治疗前后的视力和黄斑光敏度 ,并与 2 8例正常志愿者的无病变眼进行对照。结果　激光治疗后中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者视力恢复至正常 ,而黄斑光敏度不能完全恢复。结论　中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变可能存在弥漫性的脉络膜和视网膜色素上皮功能障碍 ,针对渗漏点的光凝治疗只能达到部分效果。黄斑光敏度检查可以作为随访该病发展的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To assess recovery of visual function of patients with central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) after laser photocoagulation METHODS Visual acuity and macular light sensitivity were recorded from 24 patients with CSC and 28 subjects with age-matched healthy before and after laser photocoagulation, and the data were compared between them RESULTS Visual acuity of the patients with CSC was improved to normal condition after laser photocoagulation, but recovery of macular light sensitivity was not complete compared with normal control subjects CONCLUSIONS A diffuse dysfunction of the choroids and retinal pigment epithelium could be induced by central serous chorioretinopathy Area of leakage photocoagulated could produce a local influence To evaluate the process of CSC It is available to determine macular light sensitivity更多还原
