【摘要】 目的　观察中医辨证分型治疗干眼症的疗效。方法　对 133例 (2 6 6只眼 )干眼症患者按症状分为肺阴不足型 6 8例 ,肝肾阴虚型 32例 ,虚火浮越型 2 1例 ,脾虚气弱型 12例。以养阴清肺法治疗者用加减养阴清肺汤 ;滋补肝肾法治疗者用加减六味地黄汤 ;引火归原法治疗者用加减金匮肾气丸 ;健脾益气法治疗者用加减归脾汤 ,观察疗效。结果　显效 10 3例 (2 0 6只眼 ) ,有效 2 2例 (4 4只眼 ) ,无效 8例 (16只眼 ) ,总有效率为 93 98%。结论　中医辨证分型治疗干眼症有较好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine with differentiation of symptom-complex and classification in treatment of patients with ophthalmoxerosis METHODS One hundred and thirty-three patients (266 eyes)with ophthalmoxerosis were divided into fiyingbuzu(肺阴不足)type 68 cases, ganshenyingxu(肝肾阴虚)type 32 cases, xuhuofuyue(虚火浮越)type 21 cases, and pixuqiruo(脾虚气弱)type 12 cases The patients treated with yangyingqingfei(养阴清肺)therapeutic took orally yangyingqingfeitang(养阴清肺汤)modified, with zibuganshen(滋补肝肾)therapeutic tool orally liuweidihungtang(六味地黄汤)modified, with yinghuogueiyuan(引火归原)took orally jinggueshenqitang(金匮肾气汤)modified, and with jianpiyiqi(健脾益气)took orally guipitang(归脾汤)modified The curative effects were observed RESULTS There were an obvious effect in the 103 cases(206 eyes), and there effective in the 22 cases(44 eyes), was not effective in 8 cases(16 eyes) The total effective rate was 93 98% CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine with differentiation of symptom-complex and classification could be available for treatment of ophthalmoxerosis更多还原
