【摘要】 目的　探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病患者急性视神经病变的方法。方法　在接受治疗的患者中应用了醒脑静注射液、川芎嗪注射液或复方丹参注射液静脉静脉滴注治疗 ;并用了内服自拟中药方和眼部电控地塞米松离子导入疗法。观察了治疗前后的视力、眼底、视觉诱发电位、荧光素眼底血管造影和视野方面的变化。结果　接受治疗的患者共有 11例 (2 0只眼 ) ,治愈 10例 (17只眼 ) ;好转 2例 (3只眼 )。结论　中西医综合方法治疗糖尿病患者急性视神经病变具有缩短疗程、皮质类固醇用量少及未发现全身不良反应等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the treatment for acute diabetic optic neuropathy with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine METHODS Injection xingnaojing(醒脑静),ligustrazine, compound injection salvia were applied by intravenous drop in the patients Moreover traditional Chinese medicine prescription studied and named by selves and dexamethasone iontophoresis were applied The changes of visual acuity, fundus, visual evoked potential (VEP), fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA), and visual field were investigated before and after treatment RESULTS There were 20 eyes of 11 cases in the treated patients Seventy eyes of ten cases were cured, and three eyes of two cases improved among them CONCLUSIONS Integrative therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicine could be an effective and simple method, and could shorten the course of treatment, abate system side effect of hormone for treatment of acute diabetic optic neuropathy更多还原
