【摘要】 目的　评价针刺对Sj gren综合征患者泪液的影响。方法　将 6 0例Sj gren综合征患者随机分为针刺组和人工泪液组 ,两组各 3 0例。针刺组予针刺治疗每日 1次 ,每次行针 3 0分钟 ,1 0次为 1疗程 ,共 3个疗程。针刺穴位 :四白、攒竹、承泣、迎香、百会、少泽、后溪等。人工泪液组予以人工泪液每日 6次 ,连续治疗 3 0天。两组治疗前进行视力、眼表裂隙灯检查、角膜荧光素染色检查、S -I-T检测、BUT检测。治疗 1个月后复查比较。结果　两组治疗前S-I-T、BUT、角膜荧光素染色检查经t检验 ,差异无显著性 (均P >0 0 5)。针刺组治疗前后此3项检查结果比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5、 0 0 1 )。结论　Sj gren综合征患者经针刺治疗后泪液量明显增加更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the tear production in the patients with Sjgren syndrome.METHODS All the 60 patients were divided into the acupuncture treatment group and control group randomly.Each group included 30 patients.The patients in treatment group were treated with acupuncture daily, each time for 30 minutes,10 times as one term,three terms with one month for ending of the trial.The main acupoints were sibai (四白),zanzhu (攒竹),chengqi (承泣),yinxiang (迎香),baihui (百会),shaoze (少泽)and houxi (后溪).The control group was treated with artificial tear.The visual acuity,slitlamp examination,fluorescein staining,Schirmer-I test(S-I-T)and breakup time(BUT)were examined in both groups.RESULTS The fluorescein staining,S-I-T and BUT were not different in both groups before the treatment.But there were significant difference between both groups after the treatment.CONCLUSIONS The acupuncture treatment could increase the tear production in the patients with Sjgren syndrome.This method could be used in the clinical practice.更多还原
