【摘要】 目的　评估目安眼膏对实验性家兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法　将实验性单纯疱疹性角膜炎家兔分为两组 ,观察组分别用 1号眼膏 (目安眼膏 )、 2号眼膏 (无环鸟苷 )、 3号眼膏 (消毒蜂蜜加基质 )治疗 ,对照组用 4号眼膏 (基质 )治疗。结果　 1号与 2号眼膏组同时治疗 9天后角膜病变减轻程度相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论　目安眼膏对实验性家兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效优于市售无环鸟苷眼膏更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To assess effect of drug effect oculentum muan(目安) in treatment of experimental rabbits with herpes simplex keratitis(HSK). METHODS The infected rabbits with HSK were divided into the observed groups and control group. The rabbits were respectively with different oculentun(Ⅰ?Ⅱand Ⅲ) in the observed groups. The rabbits was treaded oculentunⅣin the control group. RESULTS When average of treating period was 9 days. In oculentum I group,the keratitis was alleviated,There was a statistically significant between oculentum I group and oculentum Ⅱ guoup ( P <0 05).CONCLUSION Compared with oculentum acycloguanosini, Oculentum muan was markedly efficient in the treatment of experimental rabbits with HSK.更多还原
