【摘要】 目的　研究散血明目片对兔玻璃体积血肿瘤坏死因子 -α (TNF -α)表达的影响。方法　采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法 (ELISA)检测积血玻璃体中TNF -α含量。结果　玻璃体积血 4周 ,散血明目片治疗组维持了TNF -α的高表达 ;8周TNF -α明显降到低水平。结论　散血明目片可以加速玻璃体积血的清除 ,抑制玻璃体内细胞增生的启动更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe effects of sanxuemingmu(散血明目) fablet on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in vitreous hemorrhage o f rabbits.METHODS TNF-αlevels in eyes of rabbits with vitreous hemorrhage were measured by sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique(ELISA). RESULTS At four weeks, there was a higher expression of TNF-αlevels in the eyes of rabbits with vitreous hemorrhage. Eight weeks later, the TNF-α levels decreased evidently in the sanxuemingmu tablet group.CONCLUSIONS Sanxuemingmu tablet could accelerate absorption of vitreous hemorrhage and inhibit the start of proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).更多还原
