晋陕蒙能源基地矿区水环境评价系统的研究——以陕北地区为例

【摘要】 论述了应用 GIS技术、水质模型技术、水资源优化管理 (有限差分法 )理论的基本思路 ,探讨了研制水环境评价系统的关键技术 ,提出了水环境评价系统包括数据库模块、方法库及决策模块、图形库模块和知识库模块等内容 ,阐述了其实现方法 .实际应用表明 :该系统的评价结构与实际相吻合 ,具有很高的应用价值 .

【Abstract】 Basic thinking of using the technologies of GIS and model for water quality as well as the theory of optimum management of water resources were expounded. The technology of developing the system for evaluating water environment was discussed Application of GIS, water quality model technology and water resource management technology were introduced in detail. The MWEAS includes database model, method model and decision model, and graph model were put forward. The result shows that the system is in good accordance with the practice.
